These terms apply when you use benteknit.com or place an order with us. By ordering, you accept them. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under your local law.
About us
Bente is a knitwear label run by Dongguan Bente Import&Export Firm, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. You can reach us at info@bentepromo.com.
Orders
- An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email.
- We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
- Please check your delivery address and size before confirming - we make to the order we receive.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include any import duties or local taxes charged on delivery.
- Payment is by bank transfer, or by a secure payment link we email you after your order is placed. Online card payment is being added; until then we send the payment link by email.
- We do not ship until payment has cleared.
Delivery
- Shipping is free worldwide on every order. Orders ship tracked and most destinations arrive within 5-12 business days, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
- Any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our content
The Bente name, product designs, colourwork patterns, photographs and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
- We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as customs or carrier delays, or for loss that was not foreseeable.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Dongguan have jurisdiction - except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their own country of residence.
