How much is shipping?+
Free worldwide, on every order. Orders ship tracked and usually arrive within 5-12 business days.
How do I pick my size?+
Every product page has a full size chart with measurements taken flat. The fit is relaxed with a drop shoulder - size up if you like it looser. Not sure? Message us and we will help you choose.
Can I return it?+
Yes - unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we send return instructions. If the item is faulty, we cover return shipping too.
How do I pay?+
Place your order on the site and we email you a secure payment link within 24 hours. Your order is reserved from the moment you place it.
Will the pattern wash out?+
No. The colourwork is knitted into the fabric with intarsia, not printed on top, so it cannot peel, crack or fade off. Wash cold and air dry to keep it at its best.
Where is it made?+
At our own knitting mill in Dongguan, China - the same floor that produces knitwear for other labels. We design it, knit it and ship it ourselves.
