30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is:

• unworn and unwashed,
• in its original condition with any tags attached,
• returned in protective packaging.

This is in addition to any statutory cancellation right you have under the law of your country (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK).

How to start a return

1. Email info@bentepromo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back tracked, so it can be traced if it goes missing.

Please do not send items back before contacting us - unannounced returns can get stuck in customs.

Who pays return shipping

• Change of mind or wrong size: return shipping is paid by you.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong item sent: we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

Refunds

• We inspect the item when it arrives.
• If it meets the conditions above, we refund within 7 business days of receiving it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control.

Exchanges

Want a different size? Tell us in the same email. If the size is in stock we reserve it while your return is in transit.

Items we cannot take back

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without prior contact, or outside the 30-day window.
• Custom or personalised pieces made to your own specification, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

Send us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. If the fault is ours, we also refund the cost of returning it.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping is free worldwide. Orders ship tracked and usually arrive within 5-12 business days.
• Import duties or local taxes charged on delivery are the buyer's responsibility unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and either resend or refund.
